Mars in Sagittarius

With Mars in Sagittarius, you act with enthusiasm, frankness and a strong need for space. Your energy catches fire for a cause, a trip or an ideal, and you are quick to fight for what you believe.

You might decide one morning to cross a country by bike, and actually do it. Mars in Sagittarius gives expansive, optimistic energy that needs a horizon and a reason to move. You are at ease in motion, in outdoor sport, in projects that step outside the usual frame. When a cause seems right to you, you defend it with passion, and your enthusiasm pulls others along. Your desire is joyful and adventurous, fond of freedom and spontaneity. The shadow of that drive is excess. You may take on too much at once, overestimate your strength, or leave on an impulse without weighing the consequences. Your anger often comes out as blunt frankness, and you can turn an ordinary argument into a debate about principles, which exhausts the people around you. Routine and constraints make you restless, and you may run from a concrete problem by heading off to the next one. Your energy goes further when you choose a single finish line and cross it before looking for another.
