Scope
These terms govern sales made on lunarie.fr between INEYA Studio and any adult acting as a consumer.
Offers
Daily sky: a subscription to a daily reading composed from your birth chart and the real planetary positions, delivered through an online calendar and by email, and kept in your journal. Price: €9 a month or €79 a year, taxes included. On the first subscription for an email address, the first seven days are free: your card is stored by Stripe and only charged after them. A new subscription after cancelling starts without a trial, which the payment page shows before you confirm. The subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your account, effective at the end of the paid period.
Readers: a written answer to one question by one of our readers. One question: €24; three questions: €59; year-ahead reading: €89, taxes included. Delivery: 48 hours, five days for the year reading. If no answer is delivered in time, the price is refunded automatically to the card used.
Live readings: a chat or phone reading with one of our readers, paid with minutes bought upfront in packs of 10, 20, 30 or 60 minutes, from €20 for 10 minutes to €99 for 60 minutes, taxes included, the same price with every reader. Time is counted by the second, from the reader’s acceptance until the reading ends, and never beyond the last sign of connection of either side. The reading stops when the credit runs out; nothing is bought without your action. Minutes have no expiry date. On an account’s first reading, the first 5 minutes are not counted. By phone, the call to our number is billed by your operator as an ordinary call to a landline; it is never premium-rate.
Payment
By card, through Stripe. Lunarie never sees your card number. No other payment method is accepted.
Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days to withdraw (French Consumer Code, art. L221-18 ff.). For a question, you expressly ask for the answer to be written before that period ends; once it is delivered the right of withdrawal no longer applies (art. L221-28). Until then, an email to contact@lunarie.fr gets you a full refund. For the daily sky, cancelling during the seven free days costs nothing; afterwards, within fourteen days of the first charge, you may ask for a refund of the unused days. For live minutes, you ask for them to be usable at once: minutes used can no longer be withdrawn from; whatever is left is refunded on request, at any time, pro rata of the price paid.
Spending cap
Every account has a monthly spending cap for written and live readings, €150 by default. Lowering it is immediate; raising it takes effect 48 hours after the request.
Nature of the service
Readings belong to the tarot and astrological tradition. They are not a diagnosis nor medical, legal or financial advice, and guarantee no event. Lunarie makes no promise of results.
Complaints
Write to contact@lunarie.fr. If a dispute remains unresolved you may use a consumer mediator free of charge; contact details are sent on request. You may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
