Refund policy
Four cases, all handled without argument:
Late answer
A question not answered within the stated time (48 hours, five days for the year reading) is refunded automatically, without you asking.
Change of mind before the answer
Until the answer is delivered, write to contact@lunarie.fr: full refund.
Daily sky
No charge during the seven free days of a first subscription. Within fourteen days of the first charge, unused days are refunded on request. You can cancel at any time from your account.
Live minutes
Unused minutes are refunded at any time, on request from your account, pro rata of the price paid for each pack, rounded up to the cent. A reading cut by a dropped connection is only counted up to the last sign of connection.
Refunds go back to the card used, through Stripe, within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
