Live, by chat or phone, to the second.
Pick a reader whose window is lit. You pay for minutes upfront, the same price with every reader; the meter starts when she accepts and stops when either of you leaves. Whatever is left is refunded on request.
Nobody reads live yet.
We recruit our readers on a test reading and an interview. Until one is here, this page stays dark and we sell no minutes: we would rather show a dark street than painted windows.
Meanwhile, ask your question in writing, or draw a free reading. You read yourself? Apply.

Live minutes
How it works
You get minutes.
Ten, twenty, thirty or sixty, paid once by card. No subscription, no automatic top-up.
You pick a lit window.
A lit window is a reader whose console is open and who said she is available. Nobody is shown “online” to make up numbers.
The meter starts when she accepts.
On chat, when she accepts your request; on the phone, when she accepts the call. It stops as soon as either of you ends, to the second.
What is left is yours.
Minutes never expire, and whatever is left is refunded on request, from your account.
Staying in control
A reading can help you see clearly. A reading every day, rarely. Four questions to ask yourself, with no score and no verdict: do you come back to the same question several times a week? Do you spend more than planned? Do you wait for a reading before every decision? Do you hide these expenses from those close to you?
If any answer is yes, lower your cap: it is immediate, and raising it takes 48 hours. And talk about it: in France, SOS Amitié listens day and night on 09 72 39 40 50.
What is measured
| Measure | Value | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Requests accepted by the chosen reader | not yet | 0 of 20 before publishing |
| Median length of a reading | not yet | 0 of 20 before publishing |
| Average live rating | not yet | 0 of 10 before publishing |
Computed on every view, from real readings. A request left unanswered or declined counts against the reader; a request the client cancels before the wait is over does not count. A rate shows from twenty cases, the rating from ten.
Frequent questions
How much is a minute?
From €1.65 to €2 depending on the pack, the same price with every reader, on chat or phone. There is nothing else to pay: no premium-rate number, no connection fee.
How is time counted?
By the second. The meter starts when the reader accepts your request and stops as soon as either of you ends. If either connection drops, nothing is counted after its last sign of life; after three minutes without a word on either side, the reading stops on its own.
What happens to the minutes I do not use?
They stay on your account with no expiry date. You can also ask for a refund at any time from your account: each pack is refunded at the price you paid, pro rata of the seconds left, rounded up to the cent.
What happens when my credit runs out?
A minute before, a warning shows on your reading page and in the reader’s console. At zero, the reading stops; on the phone, the call is cut. We never charge you automatically: to go on, you buy a pack if you want to.
How does a phone reading work?
You click “Call”: an ordinary number and a six-digit code appear. You call, type the code, and we call the reader. The meter only starts when she accepts the call. The call’s maximum length is set when it starts, from your credit: minutes bought during the call will serve the next one. The call costs you a normal call to a landline, often included in your plan.
Is the first reading free?
Its first 5 minutes are, once per account. You need a pack to start, but those minutes are not counted: if you stop before, you pay nothing. When they end, a message says so on your reading page, and the meter shows it: nothing switches silently.
Does anyone else read my messages?
No. A chat transcript is kept in your account so you can read it again; we only read it if you make a complaint. Calls are not recorded. You can delete everything with your account.
Who are the readers?
Real, self-employed people, recruited on a test reading and an interview, who sign our charter: no promise that a lover returns, no prediction of illness or death, no pushing to go on. They are paid half of what you pay, by the second too.
