Mars in Aquarius

With Mars in Aquarius, you act on behalf of your ideas and the wider group. Your energy is independent, inventive and sometimes unpredictable, and you readily fight what strikes you as unfair or outdated.

You start the petition, set up the association, refuse to follow an absurd rule just because everyone else does. Mars in Aquarius puts energy at the service of ideas. You act as part of a team, for a cause, with an inventive mind that finds solutions nobody had considered. You need to act freely, your own way, and orders with no explanation make your hackles rise. Your desire runs through the mind, friendship, intellectual rapport, and it likes surprise. The trap is rebellion on principle. You may oppose something simply because it is being imposed on you, change direction abruptly, or defend a cause with a coolness that leaves people behind. Your anger is often mental and distant, and it can show up as a sudden withdrawal rather than an explanation. You may also spread yourself across too many fights. Your strength really carries when you apply it to one specific cause and agree to move with others, even when they go more slowly.
