Prices are written upfront.

Every price is shown before you pay, in euros, taxes included. Live, a minute costs the same with every reader and is paid upfront: no premium-rate number, no automatic top-up, no expiring minutes, and whatever is left is refunded on request.

The meter does not cheat.

It starts when the reader accepts, counts by the second, and stops as soon as either of you ends. If a connection drops, nothing is counted after the last sign of life; after three minutes of silence, the reading stops on its own.

Reviews come from clients.

Only someone who paid for a reading can rate it, once. We publish every rating, unfiltered, bad ones included. We never invent reviews, client counts or satisfaction rates.

Readers are real.

The room only lists real people, recruited on a test reading and an interview. When nobody is available we say so and take no orders.

Nobody promises the impossible.

No guaranteed return of a lover, no curse removal, no recovery date, no prediction of death or illness. Tarot and astrology shed light on a question; they do not decide for you.

Your spending has a cap.

Every account has a monthly cap, live minutes included. Lowering it is immediate; raising it takes 48 hours. We never chase you to sell a reading, and a reader never pushes you to go on.

Payment is ordinary.

Card on Stripe’s page. Never a voucher, a top-up code to read out, or a transfer to an individual.

The sky is real.

Positions are computed by an astronomy engine and checked against NASA’s ephemerides. What we interpret is a tradition; what we compute is a fact, and we show the computation.
