As friends, they respect each other deeply and call each other for serious advice: a contract, a renovation, a career decision. The 8 pushes the 4 to aim higher, the 4 reminds the 8 to check the details. Their friendship does well to include pure fun too, a game on TV, a round of cards.
At work
At work, this is one of the most effective pairings: the 8 leads and negotiates, the 4 structures and keeps things running. They do well in management, real estate, industry and family businesses. They need to split authority clearly, or each will end up treading on the other’s ground.
